Total Home “Spring Sparkle” Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Giveaway Overview

The “Spring Sparkle” Giveaway gives one Christchurch homeowner the chance to win a Total Home Exterior Cleaning Package, including:

  • A full soft-wash of all exterior surfaces
  • Hand-cleaning of all interior and exterior windows
  • Concrete cleaning of driveway, paths, and patios

Everyone who enters will also receive a special runner-up offer.

2. Who Can Enter

  • Open to Christchurch homeowners whose homes are within 20 km of the Christchurch CBD.
  • Entry is limited to one per household.
  • Entries open Monday 10 November 2025 at 8 a.m. and close Saturday 15 November 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
  • Entries are accepted through the official giveaway landing page only.

3. Prize Limits and Inclusions

  • Prize covers homes up to approximately 300 m². Larger homes may incur a small surcharge discussed before booking.
  • Not included: roof washing/treatments, gutter cleaning, decks, louvres, fences, skylights, retaining walls, conservatories, or pergolas.
  • Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other services.
  • Prize may be transferred to another Christchurch homeowner with the promoter’s approval.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be chosen by random name generator after entries close.
  • Announcement: Sunday 16 November 2025 at 6 p.m. via Facebook livestream and post.
  • The winner will also be notified by email and phone.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by Wednesday 19 November 2025, the prize may be forfeited and redrawn.
  • The service will be scheduled within 7 days of winner confirmation, subject to weather and availability.

5. Marketing and Privacy

  • By entering, participants agree that Jay-Jays House Wash Services may contact them after the giveaway with exclusive offers.
  • Entrants’ personal details will be used solely for communication and promotional purposes of the promoter and will not be sold or shared with any third party.
  • You may opt out of future communications at any time.

  • Jay-Jays House Wash Services reserves the right to verify eligibility, modify, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances require.
